As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

•  Using strategic business consulting skills, to work with clients through all stages of strategy based transformation projects,
•  Provide support in the consultation with clients to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to clients' strategic and operating success.
•  Developing insights, conducting independent analysis and developing hypothesis-based
• recommendations as part of the development of client specific transformational strategies,
•  Develop conclusions and recommendations, write reports, assist in client presentations and provide implementation assistance as required.

Key Attributes

•  Comfortable delivering both formal & informal presentations both internally & externally, 
•  Strong written report skills are essential, 
•  Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation (client and internal),establishing your credibility and gaining trust, 
•  Flexibility and commercialism to manage a diverse range of responsibilities in a dynamic & results oriented environment,
•  Ability to work in teams in a strategic consulting environment as well as autonomously,
•  Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications 

•  Min 70% average in your undergraduate degree in commerce, sciences, engineering, mathematics and technology,
•  Post-grad in disciplines mentioned above will be advantageous, 
•  Foreign language skills and international work experience will be advantageous.
