Specialist, Asset Management, Real Estate Services at Standard Bank Group

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To execute the Asset Management Functional Framework for Real Estate Services in order to manage and optimise the real estate portfolio within South Africa and execute Asset Management and Property Management functions to enable flexible real estate solutions, satisfy the spatial requirements of Standard Bank and to maximise the efficiency and asset values through identified savings and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

• A first degree in Real Estate (Property Economics and Finance, Valuations, Management, Construction and Investment) or Finance and Accounting will be required in order to understand and execute direct property investment and disinvestment.
• A degree in Finance and Accounting
• A degree in Construction and Physical Planning

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in Property Economics and Finance, Valuations, Construction and Investment within the South African property market would be an absolute minimum requirement.
• The role requires an experienced specialist who is customer focused with deep specialist knowledge of the full dimensions of the Asset Management and Property Management fields. Experience in identifying opportunities for Asset Management and Property Management is a key requirement. Property Development and Management experience in Property Portfolio Management, with a recognised property investment company.
