    Social Media Manager

    Job Description
    The Role: 

    • Join our team as a Social Media Manager where you will be instrumental in implementing, developing and executing innovative social media strategies that not only reflect our brand values but also engage our diverse customer base and deliver measurable results. Working closely with our art and copy teams, you will assist in monthly content calendar, projects and campaign development by advising on best social practices to implement and monitor accordingly. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    •  Implement and monitor our dynamic social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and boosts engagement across all channels. 
    •  Stay current with social media best practices and integrate cutting-edge tactics. 
    •  Manage daily content posting, and scheduling across multiple platforms. 
    •  Monitor social media trends to optimise content and strategy. 
    •  Analyse campaign effectiveness and leverage insights to enhance future strategies. 
    •  Oversee daily social media activities, including content and metric tracking, data analysis, UGC and community management. 
    •  Assist with detailed reports on performance metrics to guide strategic decisions and provide performance feedback to clients.  

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent
    • Required Skills and Qualifications: 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management, ideally with a globally recognised or socially active brand. 
    • Agency experience essential.  
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies that increase engagement and brand awareness. 
    • Comprehensive knowledge of all major social media platforms, their best practices, and analytical tools. 
    • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to interpret data and adjust strategies in real time. 
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. 
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
