    Skills Development Administrator - Centurion

    Job Purposes

    • To assist with the administration of employee training and skills development interventions and maintain training records.

    Outputs

    • Assist with communication of training schedules to relevant parties. This includes in-house training, induction, wellness, systems, and work process training.
    • Book and register employees for training.
    • Book training venues and equipment as required.
    • Assist with travel and accommodation bookings for attendees.
    • Assist with liaising with external training providers regarding training programs.
    • Assist with administration of learnership, including recruitment and appointment of learners and interns.
    • Capture and update employee training records including study bursary agreements.
    • Assist with compiling monthly training reports.
    • Assist with capturing of the Workplace Skills Plan and Report to the Bank seta.
    • Continuous liaison with internal facilitators and external training providers
    • Establish and maintain good relationship with internal business departments.

    Qualifications

    • Matric -Essential/Minimum
    • Diploma in Human Resources Development - Essential/ Minimum
    • Degree Human Resources Development - Advantage
    • Computer Literacy MS Office Suite - Essential / Minimum
    • Valid driver’s license Code 8 – Advantage

    Experience

    • 1-2 years Operational experience within training and development               
    • 1-2 years Operational experience within HR

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Legislative requirements, Skills development and adult training methods and techniques, tactical strategy formulation and implementation
    • Influencing, networking, training, communication, co-ordination and facilitation skills and writing of training material, reports and proposals; interpersonal relations and management skills
