Senior Specialist, Organisation Design at Exxaro Resources

Position Overview:

• As a Senior Specialist in Organisational Design, you will leverage your expertise to identify, quantify, and model business and operating model opportunities. You will develop operational and strategic workforce plans that align with our overarching goals. Using advanced organisational design methodologies and principles, you will tackle complex challenges and drive solutions that optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements    
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Management Development Programme ( Essential/Minimum )
• B Degree (Hons) (Relevant) ( Essential/Minimum )
• Master of Business Administration ( Recommended/Desirable )

EXPERIENCE: 

• Minimum 8 years of relevant organisation design experience with a verified track record of delivery.
• Deep specialist knowledge and practical application of stratified systems thinking, with a focus on operational and strategic workforce planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies and initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Demonstrable proficiency in workforce planning software and tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. (Essential/Minimum) (Management)

• Identify, quantify, and model business and operating model opportunities; operational and strategic workforce plans; to understand and resolve problems using organisational design methodologies and principles; and to harness data and technology in support of data-driven organisation design solutions
