    Intermediate Technical Recruiter

    Job Description:

    As an Intermediate Technical Recruiter at Boardroom Appointments, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top technical talent for our clients. Your duties will include:

    • Engaging in proactive business development activities to attract clients in the technical sector.
    • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement.
    • Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their technical hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Employing innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates.
    • Conducting comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure high-quality placements.
    • Collaborating with internal teams to develop effective recruitment strategies and initiatives.

    Key Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on technical roles.
    • Sound understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
    • Proven track record in business development, including acquisition and management of key client accounts.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
    • Deep understanding of the technical industry, including knowledge of technology services and trends.
    • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top technical talent.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
