Senior Klerk: Aankope/ Senior Clerk - (Meganisasie Koster) at NWK

Purpose of the position:
The candidate will oversee the completion of clerical and administrative tasks at head
office.
The responsibilities of the position will include the following:

• New and second-hand inventory control, which includes orders, the maintenance of the inventory master file as well as general filing and administrative functions;
• Serving as a liaison point between the head office and branches regarding new and second-hand inventory related queries;
• Providing ad hoc assistance with vehicle registrations;
• Administrative tasks normally required in the successful operation of amechanisation business.

Minimum requirements:

• A Grade 12 certificate;
• The candidate must have at least two to three (2-3) years’ relevant experience in the industry
• The candidate must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.

The following will serve as a recommendation:

•  Experience with vehicle registration processes and general administration in theautomotive/agricultural equipment industry
