Job Description

Responsible to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the service station, delivering high levels of customer service and ensuring a profitable business unit.  Furthermore, ensures the alignment to the fuel department strategic plan and compliance with Company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• The suitable candidate must have a Grade 12 certificate.
• The suitable candidate must have 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• The suitable candidate must have a valid driver’s licenses and vehicle.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of the truckstop's operations, including customer service, staff management, and safety compliance.
• Hiring, training, and supervising staff.
• Managing the truckstop's budget and finances.
• Manage the business unit's strategic objectives.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
• Managing inventory, vehicle and equipment of the business unit
• Marketing the truckstop and depot to attract new customers.
• Ensuring that the truckstop is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Staying up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
