    Sampler (Umkomaas)

    We’re on the lookout for an experienced Sampler to collect and prepare various samples from around the plant for analysis.  

    As a Sampler, you will be responsible for:

    • Collect and prepare pulp samples from Pulp machines and other areas of the mill
    • Cut archives samples for storage and pre-shipments
    • Deliver samples to analysts for testing 
    • Leave samples on the relevant lab benches for the analysts to test
    • Return all leftover pulp samples to the process 

       What are we looking for?

    • Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science
    • 1 – 2 years of work experience
    • Previous experience in a laboratory environment will considered be advantageous
