    Sales & Retail Analyst

    Key Job Accountabilities:

    • To collect, format, analyse and diffuse data linked to the sales tools : volumes, values, assortments, product listing, promotion efficiency with baseline and incremental, end-aisle display sharing, follow-up consumer end-prices including daily sales reporting
    • Management of sharepoint sites within the team to share and disseminate reports; manage accesses; creating workflows and supporting information collation (ie promotional grids etc)
    • Support the Commercial Director efficiently in his/her business analysis through cross-analysing all data from field, market research and marketing providing a 360° perspective
    • Ensure competitive intelligence and benchmarking and manage the relationship with external service providers ie Nielsen and IRI working within the budgets and holding service providers accountable against their professional contractual obligations
    • Manage the collation and data cleaning process (utilizing internal tools ie Crunch) of Sell out data from our Key Retail partners as an input into the Google Cloud Platform
    • Accurately compute sales commissions for Key Account Managers and Regional Sales Representatives on a monthly basis ensuring effective stakeholder communication and purchase order creation/management, provisions and journals for payroll accruals
    • Report to the business Sales Department/Division on the analysis of market trends, business performance and its levers, and make recommendations
    • Collect/analyse sell-in/sell-out data. - Shape and disseminate analyses and syntheses to help decision makers to drive business activity
    • Cross-reference data from the sales force, market studies (internal and external) and marketing in order to have a comprehensive overall understanding of the business
    • Creation and adaptation of key customer dashboards and scorecards utilising the most appropriate platform to deliver efficient and accurate reporting ie Power BI; Advanced Excel and Macros
    • Develop ad-hoc studies on specific common projects
