Rendering Supervisor - Mahikeng at Country Bird Holdings Ltd (CBH)

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12/ N3 or Diploma/ Degree
• 6 months to 1 year proven and verifiable experience in the Rendering department.
• HACCP Knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for total production, yield, and boilers at Rendering plant
• Report mechanical and electrical break downs and coordinate execution
• Minimize down time.
• Production planning
• Leading subordinates on new projects
• General house keeping
• Evaluate equipment performance.
• Health and Safety requirements as required by statutory occupational health standards.
• Drive HACCP together with maintenance manager
• Daily/weekly inspections in different area’s
• Oversee cooking bagging and chemical process in plant.
• Monitor boiler efficiency.
• Monitor, order and save chemicals.
• Monitor and save water usage to boiler and processing plant.
• Disciplinary hearings and grievances
