Registry Clerk: Physical Record Management at Western Cape Government

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).

Recommendation    

• Registry Clerk Course and Relevent experience in the Registry environment.

Key Performance Areas    

• Opening of physical and electronic files and maintenance of file covers; Correct and neat filing of documentation, including the maintenance of index pages in physical and electronic files; Preparing mail to be posted by folding and franking; Assist the supervisor with the allocation of reference numbers; Handle client enquiries, requests and pending of files; Assist with the administration of systems by adding folders.
