    Regional Process Specialist/Analyst

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    The key responsibilities and activity areas:

    • Drive continuous improvements and focus on efficiency gains within the region.
    • Translate the global processes into a regional context, define problems and give structured feedback to the global organization.
    • Accountable for documenting and driving process efficiencies in the region including regular follow-up on cost out.
    • Work with the requirements on template development and improvements: analyze, solution and document according to program requirements.
    • Validate business benefit of the change/ improvement.
    • Work with BKUs (Business key users) to align requirements between the sites, if applicable and work cross functionally (with other streams) to secure cross functional fit.
    • Work with global team to support development, testing and deployment.
    • Support BKU community: FAQs, development of the training material.
    • Within roll-out:
    • Mapping roll out side and identify existing process fit towards template.
    • Identify, document and solution GAPs.
    • Configure template according to site requirements.
    • Work with global teams: cutover, integrations, extensibility.
    • Support BKUs with training, execution of SIT (system integration test) and UAT (user acceptance test).
    • Support change management.
    • Play active role during go live and hyper care period.

    Skill, Competence and Experience:

    • In-depth experience of Supply Chain ERP Systems.
    • Good understanding of the Supply Chain life cycle.
    • Experience in data analytics and modelling to inform business decision making.
    • Knowledge of Power-BI would be an advantage.
    • Understanding of a matrix environment and global organisation.
    • Business acumen.
    • Result-oriented with a sense of urgency.
    • Ability to build relationships and customer responsiveness.
    • Continuous improvement mindset.

    Educational Qualification:

    • Degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT or equivalent is essential.
