Receptionist - St Georges Preparatory School at Curro Helderwyk

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

• Higher education experience (advantageous).
• Relevant administrative qualification. 
• 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Computer literate in all Microsoft programs.
• SASAMS experience will be an advantage.
• Own transport.
• Knowledge of Customer Service.
• Ability to operate a switchboard.
• Additional languages will be an advantage.
• A clear criminal record.
• COVID-19 vaccination Certificate.

Responsibilities are:

• Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries.
• Answer the telephone, screen and direct calls.
• Take and relay messages accurately.
• Greet persons entering the school and direct them to the correct destination.
• Deal with queries from students and customers.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
