Minimum Requirements: (non-negotiable when screening)

• 2-3 years customer communication skills.
• 2-3 years experience in liaising effectively with clients, both telephonically and via e-mail.
• Detail orientated and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications: (please specify if the qualification is essential or advantageous)

• Matric (essential)
• Qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain an added advantage 
• Computer packages (please specify whether essential or advantageous)
• Office 365 (Teams, OneNote, Forms), MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Cargowise understanding and previous experience would be beneficial.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering of incoming calls on the switchboard and diverting of calls.
• Receiving of guests.
• Offering and preparing of refreshments to guests.
• Arranging gate access for guests and deliveries.
• Arranging of courier collections and deliveries.
• Purchasing of office refreshments and consumables.
• Invoicing.
• Filing.
• Assisting in the archive room.
