    Receptionist - Port Elizabeth

    Job description

     CLIENT SUPPORT

    • Attend to all admin related queries that clients may have
    • Follow-up on all queries (including account related queries)
    • Send fitment certificates
    • Provide usernames and passwords
    • Attend to e-mails from RM/Clients

    OTHER BRANCH FUNCTIONS

    • Be the branch Receptionist
    • Assist walk-in clients
    • Assist technicians with queries
    • Answer incoming calls
    • Work towards and maintain a 90% Branch Quality Assurance Score
    • When required scan stock out to technicians 

    Minimum requirements

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Organised and professional
    • 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Reliable transport
    • Matric / Grade 12
    • Fluent in English
