Product Specialist: Partner Management at Old Mutual South Africa

Job Description

• This is a specialist role that contributes to the management and collaboration with the loyalty programme’s partners business to facilitate better engagement and value for our members.

Key Result Areas

• Developing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team and the identified partner and/pr segment
• Quarterly reporting to existing partners
• Developing a business case for adding new partners
• Onboarding new partners
• Management of various campaign floats and vouchers
• Handling escalated complaints and queries

Role Requirements

• Marketing Qualifications - Advantageous
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Good analytical skills
• Good presentation skills
• Organised and detailed orientated
• Excellent PowerPoint skills
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to learn technical aspects of the role
