    Presence Coordinator

    Job Description

    Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Marketing department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for Presence Coordinator, which is based in Pietermaritzburg in the Coastal Region. To effectively plan, co-ordinate, implement and support ALL sales execution activities in the trade, in order to contribute towards the achievement of increased sales volumes, customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Support sales location with respect to all sales execution strategies around promotions, and advertising
    • Identified promotions opportunities
    • Manage sales execution resources for respective sales locations
    • Communication, tracking and monitoring of execution of promotions
    • Coordinated and managed national promotions
    • Managed, implemented and supported promotions
    • Developed, ordered and managed POP and promotions equipment
    • Managing delivery of equipment to trade
    • Developed and maintained customer relations, with internal and external stakeholders
    • Supported, guided and coached team and customers
    • Administered documentation and reports
    • Conducted audits
    • Managed own development and performance

    • Maintain a healthy relationship between our external merchandising supplier and manage internal merchandising processes.
    • Maintain merchandising service levels within budget (monthly and Annually) with our external Supplier.
    • Manage internal merchandising supervisors for performance and control of internal merchandisers.
    • Maintain Merchandiser user names and passwords – Macmobile
    • Manage claims for merchandiser non attendance and missing cellphones to the external supplier.
    • Facilitate expired stock claims from sales to DDK
    • Report to finance first week and mid month merchandising spend.
    • Manage inhouse and external merchandiser training for performance with our coaching Department.
    • Maintain information flow of merchandising standards to both internal and external merchandisers.
    • Communication of RED standards for both internal and external merchandisers.
    • Monitor all requests for merchandising additions, all require DM approval.
    • Manage POS placement through merchandising where necessary.

    QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

    • M + 3 (NQF level 5 – sales related)
    • 2-3 years sales experience essential
    • SAP finance an advantage
