National Compliance Manager at Tsebo Solution

Duties & Responsibilities    

General Objectives

• Conducting internal audits on ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, ensuring compliance and certification.
• Ensure outputs of SLA and Management Contracts are successfully maintained.
• Ensure compliance of Service Agreements at contract level.
• OHS Act - Review and ensure compliance of TSEBO FACILITIES’s obligations and responsibilities regarding the OHS Act and statutory requirements. Ensure that all mechanisms, policies and procedures are in place.
• Ensure continual improvement and the efficiency and effectiveness of the IMS System:
• Emergency and Disaster Preparedness: Ensure that the appropriate policies and procedures are in place and that staff are provided with the necessary mentoring and training on an on-going basis. Ensure a constant state of readiness to respond to all emergencies is maintained.
• Quality Standards: Ensure quality systems of the SLA’s are implemented and monitored on an on-going basis.
• Responsible for the Integrated Management System (IMS) on SharePoint and monitoring the effective and on-going success of the IMS.
• Establish a Self-Audit Program to be used at site level to increase the standards of service to the client.
• Drive standardization of systems and processes on a national basis.
• Assist Business Development and Implementation teams with commercial, financial and implementation aspects.
• Implementation of systems, processes, procedures, and business improvement goals linked to the IMS.
• Data protection champion for TFS reporting to the Group personal information officer (POPIA).
• Represent Tsebo Energy as the Inspection body quality manager (ISO 17020).
• Create and update business continuity plans.
• SharePoint super user.

Quarterly reports.

• ISO 9001; 14001 & 45001 – Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Standards
• Adhere to the TSEBO FACILITIES’s Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Management System’s Policies & Procedures of as applicable to this position.

Qualifications    

• Grade 12
• Relevant diploma/degree.
• Training certificates and experience in: ISO:14000 – Envoromental Management Standard, ISO:45001 – Health and safety management standard, ISO:9000 – Quality Management Standard
• Must be certified on Samtrac and Nebosh
• Experience in dealing with external certification bodies
