    Manager - Disruptive Events Advisory (National)

    Job Description

    Main Purpose of Job

    To support Engagement team in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement / project.  To promote our leadership capabilities which are living our purpose, influence, performance drive, strategic direction and talent development.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Degree
    • Certified SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in one or more of the following modules: Core HR and Payroll, Time and Attendance, Recruiting and Onboarding, Learning and Development, Performance and Compensation, HR Analytics and Workforce Planning, Technology and Digital HR, Workplace Transformation and/or Jam.
    • 8-10 years’ working experience

     Preferred

    • Postgraduate qualification (relevant to Service Area / Business Management, etc.)
    • Five to ten years’ experience within the function
    • Experience in a client facing role
