    Key Accounts: Space & Capabilty Specialist

    Job Description

    Key Accounts

    In Key Accounts (In home) we deal with 31 groups and +-4000 outlets. This position’s main purpose is to ensure execution of our key priorities is delivered through our 3rdparty supplier Pack n Stack as well as our sales force; while managing our national space strategy to ensure we win in cold and ambient space in retail. We are looking for an experienced candidate that has managed Self Service and has a can-do attitude, is driven and willing to learn.

    Space & Capability Specialist –Key Accounts

    This role focuses on two key pillars: National space management and enabling execution through our sales force, delivering strong supplier management through our 3rdparty supplier Pack n Stack. You will be responsible for educating the sales force and maintaining the Dream Team platform, by creating new content and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure key topics are covered depending on the time of the year.

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    National space strategy

    • Management of Beer For A Year strategy and compliance nationally
    • Evolution of BFAY and space strategy aligned to Key Account strategy
    • Owning the space with cold pricing solutions

    Training of Salesforce

    • Dream Team management
    • Routine bi-monthly training decks for internal stakeholders
    • Key Account Academy training
    • Trade Schemes, Key Account exertion priorities, Key Performance Measures, Key Account Trade investments, Space counting principles and other topics defined throughout the year

    3rdParty Management

    • SLA, capability and contract management, ensuring our priorities are executed with integrity and high standards.
    • Determining the MSP package and service offering for trade.
    • Managing KPIs in line with service level, including call performance, MSP compliance, Retail health, quality of space.
    • Development and management of the Pack n Stack scorecard and Reward & Recognition model.

    Profile:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification, Post Graduate degree preferred
    • Minimum 3 years Off premise SAB or FMCG Trade Marketing experience with management experience
    • MsOffice –proficient Excel, PowerPoint, Word Ability.
    • Strong presentation skills, ability to speak in front of large audiences.
    • Tight budget management.
    • Ability to deal with senior key stakeholders within the organisation.
