    Junior Business Analyst - Frontline

    Job Advert Summary    

    • As Junior Business Analyst in the Information Systems & Technology Division you will support the analysis, design, testing and implementation of business processes and solutions closely with the Senior Business Analyst.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Relevant Business or Systems related qualification
    • 1 – 3 years relevant experience in a similar role

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Strategic & Industry knowledge: Gathers relevant information on practices in the retail industry and understands the business strategy and uses this information to promote strategic and beneficial changes across the organisation
    • Understanding and knowledge of business processes: Understanding of business process models that underpin organisational effectiveness, the structure of the organisation, the relationships that exists between business units and key stakeholders to promote and influence the development of improved business processes within the organisation
    • Solution knowledge: Understands the variety of business and technical solutions available in the market place and advising stakeholders on the solutions that are available
    • Technical understanding: processes, maintains and applies skills and knowledge appropriate to the technical or professional discipline, function or role
    • Maintaining quality and standards: ensures appropriate use of standards, deadlines, follow up, budgets and other focuses on achieving quality standards and monitoring mechanisms in order to exercise control over processes, quality and/or people when driving towards goals and objectives
