Key roles and responsibilities

• Understanding the key value drivers of revenue generation and recommending optimisation measures to maximise revenue growth.
• Understanding the key value drivers of opex costs and recommending optimisation measures to grow our revenue to cost ratios.
• Leveraging technology to provide meaningful insight and analysis.
• Ensure timeous, accurate and complete monthly reporting.
• External adhoc reporting.
• Provide timeous reporting to external parties which include service providers, Finance houses and Shareholders.
• Specific mention to daily settlements reports and processes that need to be provided timeously.

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification in Finance / Accounting advantageous.
• Creative, strategic, and financial acumen coupled with strong business intellect necessary for taking the business to the next level.
• Ability to influence and motivate others to maximise their efforts towards achieving the company’s business purpose.
• Demonstrate business acumen, analysis expertise and strategic planning skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to interface and maintain effective working relationships with all departments.
• Ability to collaborate with executives at a strategic and tactical level.
• Understanding of performance reporting and indebt analysis.
