    Junior Account Manager - Jaguar Landrover (SA Retailers & SAA Importers)

    Job Description

    ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE ROLE SA RETAILERS AND SSA IMPORTERS

    • Delivering programs for a unique prospect and customer experience is the key aspect of the task of the Account Executive.
    • This role would suit someone who is interested in how marketing campaigns can affect different countries and cultures, how you need to use different techniques and how different people react to certain messages.
    • The Account Executive needs to be methodical, organized and to take charge and run with ideas instead of waiting for someone to tell him her what to do.
    • The Account Executive will work closely with the functional leads of the Local JLR retail agency Duck and Craig in actioning brief and project requirements as well as the Accenture Eastern Hub that oversees the various Market activities and then work hand in hand with the local SA account management team.
    • RESPONSIBILITIES The AE will have the responsibility of developing INTEGRATED campaigns for prospects as well as existing customers, including segmenting and targeting differen

    QUALIFICATION SKILLS

    • Bachelor s degree or relevant diploma preferred.
    • 1- 2 YEARS Strong project management and planning skills as well as ability to evaluate digital and CRM Journeys and campaigns.
    • Working to company KPI S Proficient use of Apple Mackintosh software packages including Microsoft for Mac Proficient use of Microsoft Office

    SKILLS RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Overview Comprehensive briefing abilities as well as proof reading and provide quality assurance for deliverables while successfully collaborating and communicating with internal and external teams.
    • Possess strong attention to detail and a process driven mindset.
    • Follow media trends and best practices for all relevant platforms and media outlets.
    • Collaborate with studio team and client servicing team to ensure brand needs are met.
    • Adhere to the brand house target audiences required messaging and tone.
    • Thorough understanding of the Four House of Brands individual tonality and messaging pillars
    • Ensure business objectives are effectively executed across all messaging.
    • Understanding of different forms of media channels, including social, digital, CRM, search, film and print POS, OOH and a keen ability to learn fast.
    • Teamwork Communicate effectively with cross functional internal and external teams.
    • Collaborate closely to ensure work is on brief and on brand.
    • Deliver and handle constructive criticism with tactfulness.
    • Appreciating the value and concerns of other team members.
    • Acting as an Ambassador for your area Present concepts to stakeholders in persuasive, confident, kind and clear manner Conduct oneself with confidence in client interactions Ability to make sound and timely decisions, knowing when to escalate to avoid commercial risk. .
