    Internal Client Services - Clients & Industries - Senior Consultant : Marketing

    Job Description
    Main Purpose of Job

    • Under minimum supervision, to support line manager in delivery of services to internal clients in relevant area of expertise

    • Supports leadership in the delivery of services to clients in line with the defined strategic objectives:
    • Provides support to management in the implementation of change initiatives
    • Works with team to complete work by set deadlines advising manager of any issues prior to deadlines
    • Develops relationships with peer group at client to understand their business
    • Raises effective solutions to address issues in area of expertise that may enhance / renew service offerings to client

    • Develop a robust and well considered Digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
    • Proactively drive delivery of innovative digital ideas and opportunities
    • Keeps abreast of latest trends and developments in the digital media space.

    ·       Successful implementation of the digital marketing strategy

    • Manages briefing process between client and agencies
    • Manages and maintains social media channels and content
    • Develop content plan and updated weekly schedules with associated implementation calendar
    • Ad hoc assistance to develop and run digital marketing campaigns when it falls outside of a specific BU.

    • Take ownership and conduct tasks with a sense of urgency to ensure all tasks are completed timeously
    • Ensure the implementation and adherence to firmwide protocols and social media guidelines
    • Ensure communication with relevant stakeholders is proactive and regular
    • Pro-actively identify tasks which need to be undertaken in the process
    • Ensure all tasks are conducted with attention to detail
    • Pro-actively manage difficult situations by appropriately escalating the matter to the line manager
    • Ensure all work that is delivered is of the highest quality which represents the Deloitte way

    Impact

    • Provide campaign reports and monthly dashboard report
    • Responsible for producing a close out report for each initiative

    • Guide team on brands social media best practices

    Financial Management

    • Track and manage the agreed upon budget for all initiatives and ensure any anomalies are raised with the line manager timeously.
    • Actively endeavor to ensure budget it spent cost effectively by considering numerous quotes where appropriate.

    5 years’ working experience within the relevant function
    Desired Experience

    2 years at Consultant level within the function
