    Internal Account Manager: Mid-Market (KZN) - #525-07

    Job Details:

    If you are an energetic, motivated, and articulate team player who is passionate about account management and customer experience in the technology distribution space, this is the perfect role for you.

    As an Internal Account Manager for Tarsus Distribution, you will be tasked with building and maintaining solid relationships with key clients, driving customer engagement by assisting customers to achieve their strategic goals, and building bespoke solutions that result in improved client revenue.

    Our ideal Internal Account Manager is keen to collaborate and assist colleagues by sharing their digital skills and attributes to transform the transactional workplace. They are a master in identifying customer needs, and passionate about exceeding client expectations. In addition to the above they are customer-centric, administratively strong and excited about using digital tools in the sales environment,

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12, or equivalent
    • A tertiary qualification is preferable
    • Knowledge of the distributor-to-partner and partner-to-end user experience is preferred
    • 5+ years of technology sales and product / account management experience
    • Strong enterprise compute focused skills and cybersecurity experience is essential
    • Project management and problem-solving capabilities are key
    • Advanced MS Excel skills are essential
    • Financial and business acumen, with experience building business plans
    • Thorough understanding of the different market segments, and how to engage each segment respectively
    • Excellent track record in achieving turnover and margin targets
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Good time management and administration skills
    • Reliable transport
    • This is an office-based position in the KZN office
