We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Internal Account Manager to join our sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving revenue and profit targets, and managing all aspects of customer accounts. This role involves processing customer orders, managing backorders, providing quotations, and consistently meeting sales targets.
Communication with the relevant account manager regarding any issues is essential, as is regular customer engagement on price changes, product information, and returns.
