Inbound Supervisor - Transpharm KZN at Shoprite Group of Companies

Purpose of the Job    

Manage and maintain all inbound processes including stock, receiving, reverse logistics and CRMs within company agreed service levels and SOPs.

Key Performance Areas: 

• Receiving
• Supplier Returns
• Customer Returns
• Stock Management. 

Job Objectives    

• Ensure all supplier orders are GRV’d and applicable claims within 48 hours of physical receipt
• Ensure all claims are resolved within 3 months of it being logged.
• Ensure all CRMs are investigated and closed within 2 weeks of a query been logged. 
• Ensure all stocks GRV’d are released within 48 hours with all zero on hand items prioritized to minimise lost sales.
• Ensure cycle counts are conducted as per plan. 
• Ensure stock discrepancies are investigated and resolved within 72 hours.
• Preparation of stock take. 
• Ensure all staff are managed within company policies and procedures.

Qualifications    

Essential

• Grade 12
• Pharmacist Assistant Post Basic Qualification (Optional)

Experience    

• 3-5 years experience working in a warehouse environment or similar role.

Knowledge and Skills    

• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines  
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools 
• Excellent communication skills– fluent in English and at least one other official language 
• Meticulous attention to detail 
• Ability to accurately follow instructions 
• Sound numerical skills- GP, mark-up, VAT, etc.
