    HR Business Analyst - P2

    In this role you will collect, compile, and analyse HR data, trends, metrics and statistics, and apply and report on this data to make recommendations related to HR functions.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    HR DATA ANALYSIS:

    • Conduct research, collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors practices, and other relevant sources.
    • Analyse data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to the relevant HR function, for example recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Develop appropriate tools, systems and HR dashboards for reporting and tracking purposes.
    • Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data.
    • Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities.

    HR ANALYTICAL REPORTING:

    • Provide data driven insights and articulate data findings and trends in analytical reporting (including graphs, charts and tables) and visual presentation formats, for submission to the HR Manager.
    • Identify and recommend reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
    • Based on metrics and analysis, make recommendations for policies and activities to improve the relevant HR function.
    • Comply with data privacy regulations and best practices.

    YOUR PROFILE:

    • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or Industrial Psychology or related field required
    • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in human resources
