    Helpdesk Support

    Empact Group is recruiting for a highly motivated and dynamic Helpdesk Support who will be responsible to provide professional support & administration of incoming and outgoing calls, requests and escalations. He/she will ensure client satisfaction with regards to feedback whilst upholding the company policies and procedures.

    Key areas of Responsibility

    • To ensure constant customer satisfaction and good client contact
    •   Constant communication with customers
    •  To ensure that the company image is maintained

    Essential

    • Good communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of visitors to your work area
    • Be able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulation laid down in the staff handbook and unit policy statements, with regard to uniform, personal hygiene, health and safety.
    • Security and credit checked if
    • Customer service focused
    • Team player and can-do attitude
    • Takes pride in personal appearance and hygiene
    • Self - motivated and able to use own initiative
    • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude

    Knowledge Skills and Competence

    • Good numeric and administrative skills
    • Planning, leading and organizational skills
    • Computer literate – Microsoft Excel, Word & E-mail
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Ability to communicate with all levels of customers

    Education and Experience

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • Minimum two years customer service experience
    • Exposure to telephone and e-mail customer service
