    Group Talent, Organisational Development and Employee Wellbeing Intern

    Core purpose of the role

    The graduate internship is aimed at providing young talent with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on professional experience that will prepare them for gainful employment whilst making a meaningful contribution to the organisation in the various areas of exposure.

    Job Objectives/Key Responsibilities

    Strategic / Financial

    • Effectively participate and contribute in organisational design initiatives (i.e. job design, grading, etc.) for effective execution of the organisation's strategic plan.
    • Effectively contribute in strategic talent matching and resourcing process design and implementation
    • Effectively contribute in organisational and talent development initiatives (i.e. mentorship and coaching programmes, etc.).
    • Effectively contribute in talent management efforts (i.e. succession planning, HiPo identification, talent analysis, etc.) in line with the organisation's business continuity and talent retention strategy.
    • Support the design and implementation of various employee experience and diagnostics initiatives.
    • Contribute in the design of initiatives and programmes aimed at improving organisational culture and employee engagement
    • Participate in projects aimed at enhancing employee well-being and optimizing talent performance.
    • Support change management strategies to help employees transition, adapt and adopt change.

    Operational

    • Conduct data collection, accurate analysis and reporting on various IOP, OD, and wellbeing related diagnostics.
    • Coordinate and facilitate implementation of psychometric assessments and 360 Leadership assessments processes.
    • Support implementation and business understanding and adoption of related practices.
    • Render administrative function to the Group Talent, Organisational Development and Employee Wellbeing for delivery efficiency
    • Keep abreast of industry developments within area of practice for effective and competent learning and execution of responsibilities.

    Stakeholders (internal & external customers, suppliers, shareholders, communities)

    • Closely engage and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to manage and coordinate the delivery of specific related projects, plans and priorities.
