    General Manager - Clothing Retail Operations

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Bachelor’s Degree |Relevant Diploma
    • 8 - 10 years in similar role in a Clothing - Retail background
    • Must be computer literate – Advanced level
    • SAP knowledge is beneficial

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • The job of a GM Retail Operations will be working with the senior retail team of the company to clarify the strategy and objectives translating it into a clear and deliverable department plan that delivers measurable business benefit and fits within the agreed budget.
    • Accountable for the delivery of the sales department plan by 'leading' the retail operations team and maximising their performance.
    • Defining short to long-term strategic goals and developing clear plans to implement them.
    • Responsibilities involve working with the senior retail team to clarify strategy and objectives and translate it into a clear and deliverable plan.
    • The GM for Ops will lead and motivate a large retail operations team of the business to deliver the plan, constantly reviewing capability and capacity to ensure objectives are delivered, individuals grow, and a succession plan is in place.
    • Sustaining current market position and growing market share and meet KPI and financial business requirements
    • The role requires strong leadership skills to inspire a large team to be customer centric and deliver measurables against a customer first operations strategic plan
