Financial Coordinator - Cape Town at Shoprite Group of Companies

Job Objectives

• Costings, allocations and reconciliations for business units other than Supermarkets 
• Verification and final approval of export service provider invoices  
• Processing of invoices on SAP for supplier payments  
• Shipping line vendor account reconciliations 
• Checking payment documentation prepared by payment clerks 
• Assisting with monthly imports figures  
• Assisting with monthly reports  
• Assisting with annual budgets 
• Act as a back up for other ITD finance staff  

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Financial Managment (Essential)

Experience

• Minimum of 1 years experience within a finance administrative role. 
• Knowledge of SAP Finance system 
• Understanding basic management accounting 
• Knowledge and Skills
