About the role

In this role, you will educate, consult, support and enrol suitable applicants into one of our Career Accelerator programs. You will have the opportunity to leverage your extensive course knowledge and sales expertise, whilst working collaboratively to exceed customer expectations and broader business goals.

Your duties

• Achieve and exceed enrolment targets
• Adhere to key enrolment quality metrics and KPI’s
• Guide prospective students through the enrolment process
• Track student enrolment process via CRM
• Contact provided leads within a contact strategy framework
• Provide a positive and superior student experience
• Continuously seek opportunity to drive student growth through referrals
• Communicate the value propositions of our brands and courses
• Work collaboratively with direct team and other departments
• Actively participate in continuous training and special projects

What you need to succeed

• Demonstrable sales skills in high value, consumer services or products
• Proven ability to deliver against targets and KPI’s
• Excellent phone skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English
• Excellent attention to detail
