    Engineering Graduate Programme

    Role Overview

    • The rotational programme gives the Engineer in Training (EIT) exposure to a team that designs and develops unique production optimization systems for the mining industry. This entails in-house research and development of all technologies.
    • A personal development plan (PDP) will be tailored to meet the EIT and the company’s requirements. Progress will be assessed every six months over a two year period. The first year of the programme will be on-site at the head offices in Hartbeespoort.
    • At the end of their first year the EIT will select the engineering discipline of their choice and be allocated to the relevant engineering discipline lead on a full-time basis. From the beginning of the second year the EIT has the choice of working on-site or remotely.
    • After a successful graduate programme, the EIT will be appointed as an Engineer and a new PDP will be outlined for the next phase of growth.

    Minimum Requirements

    Qualification(s):

    • Bachelor of Engineering (BEng), Electronic Engineering; or
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc), Computer Science
