    Employee Experience Manager: VKB Human Captial, Head Office Reitz

    Job Description

    • The Employee Experience Manager will be the custodian within the VKB Group for Employee Engagement, ensuring focus and strategic alignment in all aspects pertaining to Employee Engagement and the execution thereof.
    • The Employee Experience Manager will be reporting to the Executive Head: Human Capital.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12/ NQF4.
    • Honours in Industrial Psychology/ Organisational Psychology/ Human Resource Management.
    • 3 - 5 Years experience within a Human Capital environment.
    • Previous experience working in a similar role will serve as recommendation (Change Management/ Employee Engagement/ Employee Experience etc.).
    • Excellent communication-, mediation- and facilitation skills, verbal and written.
    • Excellent conflict handling capabilities and experience with regards to Change Management.
    • Regular travelling will be required.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensure that methods used to facilitate and measure Employee Engagement, are executed effectively and continuous feedback regarding trends are communicated to relevant parties (quarterly, bi-annually etc.).
    • Facilitate effective feedback measures to ensure that VKB Employees stay informed and up to date.
    • Based on internal rhythms, give feedback to Executive-, Senior- and Line Managers with regards to actions plans, analytics and possible improvement projects.
    • Perform audits with regards to visual aids and materials used to communicate results.
    • Determine annual Engagement calendar and action plans along with Management and provide support and/or training with regards to action plans.
    • Give training to Employee Engagement Champions to ensure consistency in communication and display methods used within the different departments in the VKB Group.
    • Resolve queries and provide support to Managers and Champions.
    • Together with Managers, ensure effective job- and profile alignment in order to improve Employee Engagement.
    • Re-evaluate the Employee Engagement Champion program on an annual basis and determine whether action plans are implemented.
    • Plan and drive Employee Recognition & Award incentive programs.
    • Facilitate the annual Employee Engagement Gala event.
    • Together with management, update annual budgets pertaining to Employee Engagement.
    • Execute Employee retention strategy and measure accordingly.
    • Regular report writing and feedback based on findings and challenges.
