    Director of Growth Marketing

    Overview:

    • A leading drop shipping platform that connects online retailers with reliable suppliers from the United States, Europe, and other parts of the world is in search for a Director of Growth. The company offers a wide range of high-quality products across various categories, making it easy for entrepreneurs to find winning items to sell in their online stores; needless to say, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling digital marketing initiatives, enhancing customer acquisition and retention, and achieving revenue targets.
    • Director of Growth who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, data analytics, and consumer behaviour.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Identify new growth opportunities and innovative digital marketing trends.
    • Align growth strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
    • Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, paid advertising).
    • Ensure campaigns are data-driven, targeted, and optimised for maximum ROI.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
    • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and industry trends.
    • Optimise marketing funnels and improve customer lifetime value.
    • Analyse user behaviour data to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing growth team.
    • Develop and manage the growth and digital marketing budget.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
    • Compile and present marketing data to stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Relevant Degree / Diploma
    • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in leadership roles, with a focus on demand generation, growth marketing, or B2C and B2B business models.
    • Experience in building, managing, and leading teams.
    • Proven experience in creating and executing successful growth marketing strategies.
    • Experience increasing subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention while limiting costs and maximising lifetime value.
