    Digital Traffic/Project Manager

    KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE

    To multitask at a high level while maintaining relationships both internally and externally. Utilize Chase 100% including tasking, timesheets, whiteboard, and cost vs. hour management per resource. Share all accounts managed equally and maintain the highest level of quality throughout. Handle creative management and skill allocation per brief, and manage pitch & logistics across the board. Ensure smooth and consistent running of the overall Traffic Department and effective resource management to meet team/client demands. Plan and schedule projects within time and budget constraints. Manage projects to a high standard reflecting the creative output of the Lead Employer. Oversee all administration (estimates, timing plans, etc.) and attend/arrange all project meetings/briefings as required. Communicate project status and potential problems with solutions to teams in a timely manner. Anticipate and proactively facilitate the smooth flow of projects through the agency to meet team/client expectations. Take ownership of projects from start to finish and show leadership and passion throughout.

    RESPONSIBILITY / ACCOUNTABILITY

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR (KPI)

    Project Management

    • Effective resource management to meet team/client demands.
    • Planning and scheduling of projects within time and budget constraints.
    • Manage projects to a high standard that reflects the creative output of the Lead Employer.
    • Manage all administration (estimates, timing plans, etc.) and attend/arrange all project meetings/briefings as required.
    • Communicate project status and potential problems with solutions to teams in a timely manner.
    • Anticipate and proactively facilitate the smooth flow of projects through the agency to meet team/client expectations.
    • Take ownership of projects from start to finish.

    Client Service

    • Work closely with relevant account and creative teams, ensuring effective communication and management of teams’ expectations.
    • Work with account teams to understand clients’ brands and manage projects in a way that supports brand delivery.
    • Ensure all team members follow correct procedures/agency processes and communicate any changes or breaches.
    • Actively encourage and facilitate collaboration within the team and other departments within the agency.

    Business Management

    • Drive all daily business activity toward the achievement of account profitability.
    • Ensure financial administration is of a high standard and dealt with on time.
    • Maintain tight control of project budgets and deadlines, and communicate issues immediately to the team.
    • Prioritize workload to ensure team demands are met and managed.

    People

    • Build relationships within the team to aid efficient communication and collaboration.
    • Develop skills and knowledge through on-the-job development, active participation in the agency, and department.
    • Provide feedback to the Creative Director regarding improvements for the department and agency.
    • Create clear development plans for yourself and set out to achieve your goals.
    • Actively support and involve team members to resolve issues and encourage collaborative ways to make the Lead Employer a great place to work.

    Requirements

    ROLE REQUIREMENTS

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

    • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in a traffic role.
    • Extensive knowledge of the industry and how systems and procedures need to be implemented according to each client and their needs
    • Maintain high-quality control at all times.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Master the art of multitasking.
    • Efficiently and effectively manage and coordinate diaries and workflow.
    • Problem-solving and crisis management.
    • Plan work 30 days in advance on all accounts.
    • Prioritize briefs, accounts, and workflow.
    • Manage Epson machines.
    • Proficient in Chase scheduling/tasking/whiteboard/timesheet management and report pulling.

    REQUIRED BEHAVIOURS

    • Passion for people, systems, and processes with a can-do attitude.
    • Consistent in the management of accounts and overall structure with strong people skills.
