Design Manager Studio - Rx at Cipla

Job Purpose

• Manage the critical path for all design projects within the Design department from initiation of brief to completion of project. Distribution of projects to resources within the team depending on capacity and skill set, and the monitoring of project statuses and deadlines per project.
• Responsible for updating management of potential risks (daily) and compiling reports of outputs (monthly) Manage expectations & deliver clear communication between design team, internal clients and relevant stakeholders.

Accountabilities

• Traffic management for the IA: Marketing material for the SAGA region. Assist with Packaging traffic where required.
• Digital tracking of design projects - print promo, packaging as required.
• Project and digital asset management software knowledge
• Internal Client / Stakeholder communication and relationships, as well as External Stakeholders.
• Financial & Procurement Duties
• Manage Design Logistics Officer & oversee Pharmacy Branding portfolio & the outsourcing of printed material.

Education Qualification

• Degree / Diploma in Marketing or Advertising
• Knowledge of design studio environment and relevant processes
• Good understanding of repro and print and packaging processes
• Project management qualification

Relevant Work Experience

• At least 8 years’ experience in a similar advertising or pharmaceutical environment
• Knowledge of design agency environment and relevant processes is highly advantageous
• Good understanding of repro and print processes
