Job Description

• Prologiq Labs is a dynamic creative & consulting agency providing bespoke software solutions, design, web & system development services to a range of clients. The company focuses on building strong lasting relationships with its clients, and in pushing its creative and technical boundaries using leading technology stacks.
• We are now looking for a intermediate database administrator who will work under supervision to manage and administer Oracle & MS SQL databases across different platform. You will also be working on emerging technologies ensuring proper integration into existing systems and procedures. Candidates must have min 3-5 years working experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on Azure Cloud and On-Premises environments as the key focus areas.
• Administration and management of databases in DEV, QA, pre-prod & production environments.
• T-SQL Scripting and development on both new and existing functions
• Troubleshoot and resolve server, database and data issues
• Security maintenance of server and database
• Maintenance and monitoring of SQL environment
• Provide debugging assistance to development staff with DBMS
• Monitoring and completion of all DBA related Service desk calls

Essential Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in SQL database administration
• DBA Related Qualification
• Database Security
• Have in depth SQL internal knowledge
• Backup and recovery experience
• Performance tuning on SQL
• Always on Experience would be advantageous
• Failover clustering Experience would be advantageous
