CSI Administrator - Westville at RCL Foods

Job Description    

• We at the Do More Foundation are searching for a CSI Administrator to join our dynamic team. The role will be based in Westville and will report into the Logistics Co-Ordinator. The purpose of the role is to support the Logistics Co-Ordinator with duties related to the Foundations admin, logistics and adhoc duties.

Minimum Requirements    

• Matric (Grade 12).
• 3-year Degree or Diploma in Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• 1 Year experience in any corporate organization & store – room management.
• Physically fit.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Numeracy skills and able to deal with data.
• Computer literacy (Excel & Outlook).

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Logistics Administration
• Compile reports and presentation packs for the Foundation team Leads.
• Assist where necessary with specific Logistics/Foundation related administrative duties relevant for the smooth running of the department.
• Reconcile & Dispatch DO MORE merchandise, R4P Materials and ELPT materials.
• Prepare the payroll deductions schedule and share with the Accountant before payroll run each month.
• Action sales on our online sales platform (Shopify)
• Perform and manage monthly stock reconciliations by reconciling the stock on hand values to the sales and purchases for the month.
• Ensure the storeroom & stock are kept in good condition: merchandise for sale & marketing stock (pull up banners, etc)
• Donations
• Update & share more metre tracker updates monthly with the Communications team to ensure the information is communicated across the various platforms.
• Pack & dispatch stock for events and hampers.
• Ensure timeous delivery of stock and product hampers. Please note physical requirement of packing and carrying boxes.
• Handle near to expire stock requests daily from all depots for Chicken products, Live Kindly, Beverages, Siqalo Foods & Pies – donate to ensure no dumping.
• Capture & prepare all donations recons for short dated stock & fresh stock and flag any issues on Cosmos.
• Request S18A for all donated stock monthly.
• Order porridge and animal feed products for distribution.
• Capture & reconcile animal dog food, horse feed for invoicing as well as invoicing for Catmor products
• Project Support
• Assist in Group CSI Projects.
• Assist with all CSI events – e.g. Mandela Day; World Food Day etc.
