What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years’ experience with – Ab Initio development, Express IT,  relational databases, Linux, SQL
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited university such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, etc.
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Ability to communicate your vision, work in an Agile team, use your analytical skills to provide alternative solutions to technical problems
• Ability to understand and interpret development technical requirements
• Document design for campaigns/programs

Impact You'll Make:

• Minimum of 5 – 8 plus years of IT/Batch and business/industry work experience including system and process, design, deployment, systems lifecycle management, experience in managing projects, familiarity with ETL tools and influencing senior level management.
• The position requires effective communication (both written and verbal) throughout the organization as well as with external customers.
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks concurrently
• Communicate effectively with team as well and internal and external customers
• Follow guidelines set by compliance
• Identify opportunities for improving existing processes
• Build good working relationships with peers and cross-functional teams
