    SACAP Foundation: Office Administrator

    • The Administrator will be responsible for managing bookings, day-to-day operations, handling office tasks, and providing administrative support to the staff and clients. Please note, this position is NOT suitable for relocation. Only suitable applicants will be contacted.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Strong administrative and organizational skills
    • Experience with office management tasks such as scheduling, billing, and electronic record-keeping
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite including Excel
    • Ability to use technology with ease including content management systems
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
    • Xhosa speaker is an advantage

    Learning and Teaching Coordinator (Online)

    The candidate will be required to perform various functions that would include:

    • Front line of communication, coordination and support to Online Educators
    • Ongoing coordination of quality assurance processes
    • Online Educator wellness and engagement
    • Timetable scheduling, recruitment and onboarding
    • Acting as the general liaison for Online Educators around administrative and academic challenges

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • A minimum of a 3-year undergraduate degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
    • At least 3 years of academic administration / coordination experience, preferably within Higher Education in South Africa
    • Technologically savvy / strong digital literacy skills, with a special interest in Online Education
    • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Highly developed relationship-building / interpersonal skills
    • Excellent time-management and organisational skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Proactive with the ability to anticipate and plan ahead of time

    • Enthusiasm for Higher Education in South Africa, particularly in the Private Higher Education (PHEI) sector
    • A passion for online education
    • Responsible, reliable and purpose-driven in their approach
