    Company Secretarial Administrator

    Job Description

    You will be entrusted with the important responsibility of providing comprehensive company secretarial services to local and international clients.

    This role involves maintaining statutory records and minute books, managing electronic databases and statutory records, and drafting and registering documentation for various aspects of the company, close corporation, and trust laws. The role also includes direct communication with clients, liaising with authorities like CIPC and the Master of the High Court, and supporting administrative functions within the Company Secretarial Department.

    Qualifications and Experience   

    • A relevant 3 Year Company Secretary Diploma essential or similar qualification from a recognised tertiary institution will be advantageous
    • Gained at least five years of relevant experience in a company secretarial environment (preferably within an audit/accounting environment)
    • Experience in attending to complex aspects such as group restructurings, MOI amendments, etc. (drafting required documentation and registrations as necessary) is required.
    • Experience in attending to Beneficial Ownership filings (drafting of required documentation and filing with authorities are required.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Afrikaans
