    Key Account Manager - Panel Builders

    Your Mission:

    • We looking for a Key Account Manager for Panel Builders in South Africa, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence in the panel builder segment. Main offer technologies are electrical distribution, industrial automation, and electrical protection and metering solutions. You will work closely with our partners and internal teams to achieve business objectives.

    • Develops new sales opportunities and addresses the needs of larger accounts.
    • Maps out, qualifies and recruits potential Schneider Electric partners such as panel builders and contractors, and leading customers’ journey into the required certification processes.
    • Robust pipeline development by ensuring timely forecast and healthy and profitable project pipeline, from the channel partners and from the end-users/project owners.
    • Responsible for monthly orders and sales performances as aligned with targets for the assigned accounts or partners, or end-users.
    • Develops strategic and tactical plans for converting from competing brands to Schneider Electric by ensuring value proposition selling.
    • Business intelligence by being able to actively network to industry stakeholders including but not limited to pricing, competition product positioning, channel partners, etc.
    • Utilizes comprehensive product, electrical systems, competitor and customer knowledge to act as a consultant to high-level customer contacts regarding customer's long-range goals.
    • Serves as a resource and/or liaison to provide technical information to internal and external groups across all SE products and electrical systems.
    • Facilitate strategic proposals. Manages orders to assigned customer expectations.
    • Negotiates and coordinates pricing strategies, market conditions and changes for applicable area. Analyzes market to achieve higher margin results
    • Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through in-depth knowledge of customer's organization, mutually trusting relationships with key decision makers, and account dedication
    • Implements channel and merchandise programs

    Qualifications

    Required skills and qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or ECE (or any engineering degree) will be an advantage.
    • Minimum five years relevant sales experience in Industrial, Manufacturing and Construction industries.
    • Network and access to project stakeholders such as End Users, design consultant, project/construction managers, electrical trade/specialty contractors will be an advantage.
    • Ability to build and execute account plans leading to profitable growth.
    • Active and result-oriented working style.
    • Understanding of the Finnish market and customer needs.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Regional DCIM Specialist

    Your Mission:

    • The successful candidate will manage the project, deploy and configure the EcoStruxure IT software suite, perform system integration, provide customer and admin training, and manage WOs.

    • Ensure safe working and follow local guidelines.
    • Assign & coordinate the internal work order management tool.
    • Installation & configuration support in Schneider DCIM software applications and environmental monitoring devices remotely & on-site as requested.
    • Configuration support in Schneider Network Management Cards.
    • Work closely with the Regional Delivery Manager / Project Manager.
    • Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting in Schneider DCIM software and troubleshooting in communication protocols like SNMP, Modbus RTU & Modbus TCP.
    • Develop and enhance project documentation to enrich customer experience.
    • Support & utilize cross-border collaboration to maximize customer satisfaction.
    • Articulate to an internal and client project team the steps/prerequisites required to complete the scope of work.
    • Ability to identify DCIM problem statement(s), solution proposal, and scope of work with a defined project plan.
    • Participate in the technical review process for product enhancements.
    • Perform post-configuration review and deliver admin training to partners and end users.
    • Liaise with product managers or the Custom Solutions team and provide customer feedback on improvements.
    • Identify lead generation in services and software licenses.
    • Collaborate with regional sales and provide possible solutions around customer needs and service delivery.

    What qualifications will make you successful in this role?

    • Associate / Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of three years experience providing DCIM customer support for complex technical solutions in a data centre environment.
    • Customer-facing, project management, analysis, troubleshooting technical skills.
    • Demonstrated basic technical knowledge of Data centre IT components and interconnections (servers, Blades/Blade Chassis, network switches, RACK PDUs, etc.)
    • Data centre networks and protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, SNMP, Modbus)
    • Structured cabling components and concepts (patch panels, fibre, copper).
    • Data centre facilities components (UPS, PDUs, single and 3 Phase Power, CCU).
    • VMware vSphere ESX/ESXi VM configuration.
    • Accountability and the ability to adapt/multi-task/manage changing priorities.
    • Ability to work flexible hours with travel up to 50% required, some globally.
    • Data centre surveys and audits.
    • Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to quickly learn and apply new skills.
    • Good English and local language written and oral communication and interpersonal skills required.
    • Working experience in Salesforce and WO management would be an added advantage.
    • Certification in Schneider DCIM software is an added advantage.
    • Certification in networks & routing concepts would be an advantage but not mandatory.
    • VMware Certified Professional or equivalent will be an added advantage.
    • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate – Certifications (or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
    • Nutanix Certified Professional or equivalent will be an added advantage
    • Basic Linux Administration – configure IP address, DNS/hostname resolution, and stop/start/enable service will be an added advantage
    • Hyperconverged Infrastructure solutions – Dell VxRail, Nutanix AHV and ESXi, HPE SimpliVity, and Cisco HyperFlex will be an added advantage
    • Basic familiarity with PKI and SSL certificates will be an added advantage
