    Collections Team Leader - Parow

    Job Objectives

    • Reduce/Collect Arrears
    • Manage train and develop a team of collectors
    • Set Targets for individuals in team
    • Monitor and review the performance of each team member
    • Review Call quality of each team member as per the prescribed guidelines
    • Activate Non-paying Accounts
    • Educate Customers to pay Arrears/Keep account up to date
    • Trace non-contactable customers
    • Increase Theoretical Collection Rate
    • Achieve the set standards/targets

    Qualifications

    • Matric/Grade 12

    Experience

    • Previous junior management Experience would be an advantage

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Advanced Working Knowledge: -
    • In house Programs (UCS)
    • Excel
    • Google documents
