Client Service Consultant - Cape Town at Curro Helderwyk

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

• Grade 12
• Call centre Diploma / Certificate (advantageous)
• 1-2 years experience in a similar environment

The Client Service Consultant is responsbile for:

• Ensuring that straightforward and/or complex calls/contacts/queries are handled effectively, ensuring quality of service which totally exceeds client expectations and drive learner enrolment and retention.
• The active engagement with existing and new clients, focusing strongly on learner recruitment/retention leads and/or queries with speed, simplicity, and trust.
• Furthermore they will log, own, track and resolve all interactions, within service level, to the satisfaction of the client.
