• You as an Internship Sales Support will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Modderfontein, South Africa. Your responsibilities          

• The Student Support Engineer (SSE) will be trained to provide high-level sales support to our customers on our applications and solutions, SSE will work continuously on improving the provided service to enhance our customer experience.
• Training will be provided to deliver professional and courteous customer support to promote a productive and positive relationship with customers in typical day-to-day interactions.
• The SSE individual contributions are crucial to enhance the collaboration within the team.

Your background             

• A bachelor’s in BTech or BENG in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Heavy current knowledge or related study filed and Microsoft 365 as Excel Word, Teams, outlook, and one drive is preferred.
• Knowledge of Sales Force would be advantageous.
• School or university related projects to HV would be advantageous.
• Read, analyze, and comprehend technical and functional documentation.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
