    Join Our Team as a Busines Partner, HR!

    Are you passionate about driving organizational success through effective people strategies? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can make a tangible impact on business outcomes? If so, we want you to be a part of our team!

    We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic-minded Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in operationalizing our People Strategy, Policy, and Processes within your area of responsibility. Your primary objectives will include ensuring sustainable organizational capability, executing medium and short-term people plans for our Business Unit, and contributing to the development of the Business Unit's workforce plan.

    Minimum Requirements
    QUALIFICATIONS:

    •  B-Degree HR Management (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
    •  Certificate First Line Management (Essential/Minimum)
    •  Certificate Labour Relations Dev Prog (Recommended/Desirable)

    EXPERIENCE

    • 3-5 years Relevant Human Resources operational or related experience (Essential/Minimum) Operational

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    •  Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
    •  Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)

    Duties & Responsibilities
    Ideal Candidate Profile (Includes but not limited to):

    Ability to:

    • Operationalise the People Strategy, Policy and Processes in area of responsibility.
    • Ensure a sustainable organisational capability.
    • Execute Business Unit medium and short-term people plans.
    • Assist in the building of the Business Unit workforce plan.
