    Business Partner: Digital Marketing

    Job Purpose

    We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Digital Marketing Business Partner to lead the Group digital marketing function, including new digital platform developments. The ideal candidate will strategize, plan, implement, measure, and optimize our digital marketing efforts to enhance our brand presence and achieve our business objectives.

    Job Outputs

    Digital Marketing Planning

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels and business units.
    • Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget.
    • Integrate digital marketing into all business and departmental strategies.

    Public Relations Strategy

    • Develop and implement a public relations plan across all business units.
    • Ensure timely execution of PR plans within approved budgets and achieve publicity through mass media channels.

    Digital Platform and Campaign Management

    • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of internal and external digital platforms.
    • Optimize the usage of Mimecast email branding functionality.
    • Partner with stakeholders to implement necessary infrastructure projects.
    • Manage social media content plans and ensure timely publication.
    • Create and implement engaging digital and social media content.
    • Drive monthly external newsletters in line with campaigns.
    • Execute integrated digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.

    Digital Platform Monitoring and Reporting

    • Measure and analyze site traffic to optimize marketing plans and advertising.
    • Monitor online applications and social media leads.
    • Collate and submit monthly reports on digital channel performance.

    Complaints and Policy Management

    • Implement social media and complaints management policies and SOPs.
    • Oversee the management of social media complaints.
    • Develop an automated complaints capturing, monitoring, and reporting system.

    People Management

    • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and supervise the activities of the team.
    • Coach and develop employees to enhance knowledge and skills.
    • Participate in performance and talent management initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree: Marketing and Communications (Essential)
    • Advanced Higher Certificate: Google Analytics (Essential)

     Experience

    • Digital Marketing: 6 years (Essential)
    • Web Analytic Tools (Google Analytics): 6 years (Essential)
    • Email Solutions: 6 years (Essential)
    • Content Management Systems (CMS): 6 years (Essential)
    • Customer Relationship Management: 2 years (Recommended)

    Competencies

    • Driver's License: Code EB; Articulated motor vehicle license
    • Computer Literacy: Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Google Analytics
    • Key Skills: Interpersonal, organizing, presentation, decision-making, planning, attention to detail, project management, persuasiveness, communication, facilitation, analytical, coping under pressure, conflict handling, problem solving, digital marketing platforms, digital optimization, content marketing, customer centricity.
